THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.2487 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.23722 of 2017, dated 19.07.2017.

Vide above order, the learned Single Judge directed the 3rd respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2017, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, regarding the unauthorized constructions alleged to have been made by the 5th respondent therein.

Mr.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, submitted that it has filed counter-affidavit contending that there is no wilful, deliberate action on the part of the respondent in complying with the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.23722 of 2017, dated 19.07.2017;

and further

contended, that in compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the respondents in the above Writ Petition have acted upon the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2017, and removed the illegal structures in the subject property.

This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above submissions by the respective counsel, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case. No costs. 6.
