Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) on instructions submits that the vehicle is already produced and kept at the disposal of Excise Department. Therefore, the petitioner can approach the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise.

By giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismised as infructuous.
