HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2682 of 2017 O R D E R :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order, dated 22-02-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.3249 of 2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced the order, dated 02-03-2018, passed by the respondent and says that the order has been complied with. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of order passed by this Court and accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
