HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.47576 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the notice dated 03.11.2018 and the action of the respondent in trying to demolish 10 feet length compound wall of the petitioner's house bearing No.7-2623/ 1, Swarajyanagar locality, as illegal and arbitrary. 2) Though various grounds are raised learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without considering the explanation given, the respondent is trying to remove the compound wall of the petitioner.

3) As seen from the record a notice under Section 192 of Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 was issued on 03.11.2018, to which the petitioner has submitted her explanation, but however it appears that no orders are passed. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent not to remove the compound wall of the petitioner till passing of the orders on the explanation submitted by the petitioner pursuant to the notice dated 03.11.2018.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
