THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11589 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/Accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.325 of 2017 on the file of VI Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC.

After arguing the matter for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused, requested the Court to issue a direction to the Court below to the follow the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in "Rajesh Sharma v. State of U.P.1, before taking any coercive steps against the petitioners.

Having regard to the above, without going into the merits of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Court below to follow the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Rajesh Sharma' case before taking any coercive steps against the petitioners.
