This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 16.11.2017 in I.A.No.518 of 2017 in O.S.No.45 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Rajampet. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file objections on Advocate Commissioner's report. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to file objections on Advocate Commissioner's report. If the petitioners file the objections on Advocate Commissioner's report, the trial Court is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
