The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 22.10.2018 under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act of 1971'), to the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.75 cents in Survey Nos.34/1, situated in Tiruchanuvu Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not submitted application in Form VI-A of the Act of 1971.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to submit application in Form VI-A of the Act of 1971 for mutation of his name in revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deed. On such application, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 31.12.2018 kvs
