This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.115 of 2017 on the file of Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 464, 468 & 471 of I.P.C.

Having argued the matter for considerable time, when the dictation of the order commenced, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused sought permission to withdraw this Criminal Petition.

Under these circumstances, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
