The Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy Writ Petition No.41160 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not passing an order and disposing of the petitioner's appeal in terms of this Court's Order, dated 23.11.2017, in WA.No.1739 of 2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (TS) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6.

Learned Additional Advocate General placed before this Court, the proceeding in Lr.No.SRC(2) 320/2017, dated 18-12-2017, of respondent No.2, wherein it is stated that the appellate authority has once again investigated and gone through the appeals of both the parties, but could not find any reasons to revoke the petitioner's seed license. The learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that, again without following the direction of this Court in WA.No.1739 of 2017, respondent No.2 has passed the above order.

ARR, J W.P.No.41160 of 2017 Dt: 11-12-2017 The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in not passing an order and disposing of its appeal in terms of this Court's Order, dated 23.11.2017, in WA.No.1739 of 2017. Since, the grievance, with which this Writ Petition has been filed, stood redressed, the cause does not survive. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceeding, dated 08-12-2017, if it so chooses.

Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
