THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.48003 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has rendered more than 21⁄2 decades of service, the respondents have not regularized his services. The petitioner further contends that during October, 2016, the Telangana State Housing Corporation Limited has redeployed all the staff working with it to other Offices, however, the case of the petitioner is that though he was redeployed, the respondents have not provided any employment to him. The petitioner has been making series of representations to the respondents to provide suitable posting orders in pursuance of redeployment orders dated 06.10.2016, but the respondents have not passed any orders on the representations submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner submits that the latest representation submitted by him is dated 27.11.2017, but the respondents have not passed any orders. 2.

Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contends that redeployment orders were issued way back on 06.10.2016 and the petitioner has not reported in pursuance of the redeployment orders and, after nearly 21⁄2 years, the petitioner had approached this Court seeking posting orders. Standing Counsel, however, contends that since the petitioner has submitted representations to the respondents seeking posting orders, the case of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders would be passed.

3.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
