THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASI(AR REDDY Contempt Case No.268O of 2O17 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders \ t I dated 15.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2O44O of 2016. By the above said order this Court has directed respondent Nos.l to 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 18.06.2016 and take appropriate action in accordance with law for removal of unauthorized constructions. Counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and in para 9 it is stated that respondent - Corporation has I I I t noticed that respondent No.4 in the above writ petition has I t, constructed brick u,all in the first floor without obtaining prior permission from the competent authorities. The respondent - i Corporation has removed the said unauthorized illegal wall I li constructed in the first floor by respondent No.4 in premises No. 2-31 / AIB I 4, situated at Taranagar, Serilingampally, Ranga Redd1, District, and they have also filed photographs in compliance of the orders of this Court.
