This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not issuing E-Pattadar Pass Book-cum-Title Deed and also in not mutating the petitioner's name in all online web land revenue records being maintained by the 3rd respondent, in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.0.34 cents out of Ac.8.11 in Survey No.451/1, situated in Pamarru Village, Gudivada Division, Krishna District, A.P. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make application in Form6A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed and for mutation of his name in revenue records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application in Form 6 A of the Act.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6A of the Act along with relevant documents and on such application, the competent

authority is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
