The Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao Writ Petition No.39611 of 2017 Dated 23.11.2017 O r d e r :

The petitioner's grievance is that he has applied, on 10.07.2017, in A.P.Online in Form 6A for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in his favour, and that respondent No.4 has not been taking any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent No.4 will consider the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the petitioner's application, dated 10.07.2017, and take further action thereon within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49118 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
