Gurram Venkata Reddy, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.40347 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner challenges the proceedings dated 06-112017, wherein and whereby his authorization for fair price shop was suspended pending finalization of disciplinary proceedings.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has given explanation to the charges levelled against him, without considering the same in proper prospective impugned order is passed and there is no application of mind.
Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy against the impugned order by way of appeal and he also submits that the authorities shall consider the explanation and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, final orders will be passed.
It is to be seen that admittedly, the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy and the competent authority is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 08-12-2017 Nvl
