HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 41413 of 2017 Order:

The petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Helper on 09.03.2016 in Anganwadi Centre, Sirigepalli, Kondapur Mandal, Kadapa District, on monthly remuneration of Rs.2200/-. The Anganwadi Centre is working for the purpose of providing food to the children below 5 years under the Women and Child Welfare Scheme. It appears that an inspection was conducted on 08.09.2017 by the Sector Supervisor and another inspection was conducted on 27.10.2017 by the Assistant Child Development Project Officer and when the petitioner was not present on those two days a notice was issued on 27.10.2017 directing the petitioner to submit her written explanation within five days. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition was filed.

When the petitioner alleged that her honorarium was not being paid since July 2017, the matter was adjourned for getting instructions. Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that there are several complaints against the petitioner and the petitioner was continuously absent since July 2017. In view of the rival contentions taken by the respective parties, the matter needs enquiry. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit her explanation to the notice dated 27.10.2017 to the fifth respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same the fifth respondent shall take further proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
