Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 27-11-2017 in form No.VI-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for effecting mutation of her name in the Revenue record and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to her in respect of the subject land, but the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the said application within six (06) weeks and take further action thereon. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application of petitioner dt.27-11-2017 within six (06) weeks and take further action. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
