Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to renew his request by filing appropriate application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to renew his request by filing appropriate application subject to permissibility.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
