This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with petitioner's right over the land to an extent of Acs.3.50 cents in Suy.No.319/2 of Marrimakulapalli village, Gandrajupalli Post, Gangavaram Mandal, Chittoor District, assigned to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, on instructions submits that petitioner will not be evicted from the subject property, without following due process of law.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this Writ Petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
