THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.41441 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.10.2017 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.2803 of 2017, whereby the application filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, was dismissed on the ground that G.O.Ms.No.257 General Administration (Ser-C) Department, dated 10.06.1999, has no application to the case of petitioner. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for respondents has submitted that G.O.Ms.No.257 dated 10.06.1999 is applicable to all types of cases including the case of petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission of learned Government Pleader, we hereby set aside the order dated 12.10.2017 passed in O.A.No.2803 of 2017 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. Consequently, the respondents are directed to consider the case of petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257 dated 10.06.1999.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
