Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents 1 to 4 in considering her representation dt.28.06.2017 for recommending her case for grant of Dependents Family Pension of Freedom Fighters to 5th respondent.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner as well as 5th respondent. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.28.06.2017 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner as well as 5th respondent. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
