This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in acquiring the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.1.97 cents in Sy.No.104/13, Vemavaram Village, and Ac.0.18 cents in Sy.No.266/16, Jakkampudi Village, Vijayawada Rural, Krishna District, pursuant to the notices in Rc.No.B/234/2017, dated 21.03.2017 and Rc.No.B/1640/2017, dated 21.03.2017 issued by the 4th respondent ignoring the representation of the petitioner dated 30.03.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted reply on 30.03.2017 to the notice issued by the 4th respondent on 21.03.2017, but without passing any orders in the same, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the competent authority is directed to consider the reply submitted by the petitioner dated 30.03.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law. Till passing of such orders, Status quo, obtaining as on today, shall be maintained.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
