HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42219 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of Plot bearing No.158, situated in Sy.No.343, 344 of Chilimilla Village, Pebbair Mandal, Wanaparthy District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed from its original owner, which is approved layout. Thereafter, as petitioner is intended to construct a pucca house in the said plot, submitted an application on 13.07.2017 for construction of pucca house to the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Heard Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent who submits that petitioner's plot is situated in the approved layout and the same will be considered as per Rules. Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner is pending, it is for the competent authority to consider the same. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said application, in accordance with Rules. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
