Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners had applied on 05-01-2017 in form No.VI-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent for effecting mutation of their name in the Revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to them in respect of the subject land, but the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said application within six (06) weeks and take further action thereon. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of petitioners dt.05-01-2017 within six (06) weeks and take further action. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
