Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.8 to A.10, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.8 to A.10 to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Crl.M.P. No.1909 of 2017 by the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kadiri, Anantapuramu district. It is brought to the notice of this Court that no application is filed before the same Court to relax the condition. The petitioners are at liberty to file an application before the same Court to relax the condition. In the event of non-considering the request of the petitioners/A.8 to A.10 by the Court below, they can approach this Court.

Accordingly, with this observation the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
