Peddamukkula Tirumalesh , Tirumalesh Naidu v. The State Of Telangana

THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.14086 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are A.1 to 3, A.6, A.8 to A.13, A.16 and A.17 in PRC No.15 of 2018 on the file of the III Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, outcome of Cr.No.1062 of 2016 of Banjara Hills Police Station, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.395 and 419 read with 120-B and 109 IPC, on the report of the defacto-complainants-Victims 1 to 5. Both the petitioners and the victims 1 to 5 along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in PRC No.15 of 2018 on the file of the III Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, outcome of Cr.No.1062 of 2016 of Banjara Hills Police Station. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
