Radhakrishnan) The petitioners are aggrieved by the action taken by the fourth respondent without waiting for due decision by the first respondent. Insofar as the first respondent is concerned, it is not appropriate for this Court to exercise jurisdiction. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader submits on behalf of the fourth respondent that once the first respondent takes a final decision, the fourth respondent would obviously modulate the files at that end accordingly and issue a revised decision.

We record this submission and close this matter without prejudice to the petitioners seeking relief in relation to causes of action against the first respondent and officers under it in appropriate jurisdiction.
