HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that in spite of complaint lodged by the petitioner against 4th respondent, crime is not registered and the same is illegal and amounts to arbitrary exercise of power.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, informs the Court that Crime No.793 of 2018 was registered by the Station House Officer of Police Station Chilkalguda and the investigation is in progress.
