This application is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioner-accused for the offence alleged under Section 138 r/w 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

When the matter had come up on earlier occasions on 22.12.2017 and 29.12.2017, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioneraccused. Today also, when the matter has come up, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner-accused. It appears, the petitioner-accused has no interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
