This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioner-A2 for the offences alleged under Sections 120 (B), 302 and 201 r/w 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-A2 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to move the application after filing of charge sheet.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
