This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking action pursuant to the proceedings in Rc.No.E8/2973/2018, dated 24.09.2018 of the 3rd respondent sent to the 2nd respondent along with the petitioners' application dated 18.08.2018 seeking for NOC for registration of lands to an extent of Ac.0.08 cents and Ac.0.09 cents in Sy.No.1116 and Ac.1.23 cents and Ac.1.23 cents in Sy.No.926 of Moolasagaram Village, Nandyal Mandal, Kurnool District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Sk.Arifullah, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent. Since the application submitted by the petitioners for issuance of NOC for getting the subject lands registered is pending before the 2nd respondent and since it is stated that reports are submitted by the authorities in favour of petitioners, it is for the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said application of the petitioners.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioners in terms of the report submitted by the authorities and take

action within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
