THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.47883 of 2018 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 herein is making illegal construction without leaving setbacks and without following the sanctioned plan and he made representations on 09.10.2018, 27.10.2018 and 17.11.2018 to respondent Nos.2 and 3 in that regard, but, the same were not considered.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, duly noticing the constructions alleged to have been made by respondent No.4 in violation of the building rules and permissions.
