HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40855 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner and possessor of premises bearing Plot No.18, in Survey No.1, situated at Nagole, Ranga Reddy District and he has let out the same to Mr.Bharath Kumar, who installed a Transformer for his business requirements. Later petitioner's tenant Mr.Bharath Kumar has shifted his business to other place and filed an application to respondents 2 and 3 for shifting of transformer to his new premises. As no action has been taken, petitioner's tenant filed WP.No.11448/2015 and this Court allowed the said writ petition directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of petitioner's earlier tenant. Subsequent to hading over the physical possession of the subject premises by the earlier tenant, petitioner has also made number of requests to the respondents to shift the electric transformer, but, till date no action is being taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents on instructions submits that the respondents have not received any representation.

Though this Court, on 26.06.2015, issued directions to the respondents to consider the representation of petitioner's earlier tenant, in WP.No.11448 of 2015, it is not known why the respondents are not taking any action. In view of the same, the respondent authorities are directed to take appropriate action on the representation dated 08.11.2014 and legal notice dated 22.11.2014 made by the petitioner's tenant, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open for the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 26.12.2017 t k.
