Respondent/ Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail in Crime No.207 of 2018 on the file of the Matwada Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate in the interest of justice; The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SANJEEV GILLELA Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Additional Public Prosecutor(TG) for the respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A,2 and A.4, for grant of bail in Crime Nc.2O7 ot z0,-a of Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with 2O of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 and A.4, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that 45O grams of dry ganja alleged to have been seized from the possession of the petitioners. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that there are no other similar criminal cases registered/ pending against the petitioners. It appears from the record that material witnesses are examined. The quantity of ganja alleged to have been seized from the possession of the petitioners is a small quantity. Under these circumstances, the petitioners/ A.2 and A.4 can be granted bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on some conditions. 4.
Accordingly, the petitioners/ A.2 and A.4 are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1O,OOO/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal District. After release on bail, the petitioners/ A.2 and A.4 shall report before the Station House Officer, Matwada Police Station, Warangal District, on every Sunday between O9:OO AM and 1O:OO AM till filing of the charge sheet.
