Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 9.6.2017 to the 3rd respondent, but no orders have been passed on the said representation. It is further requested by the learned counsel to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 take appropriate action on the said representation, in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to verify the representation dated 9.6.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
