THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.47955 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with a seemingly innocuous prayer in relation to the alleged inaction on the part of the revenue authorities upon the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2018 made for issuance of a pattadar pass book and rythu bandhu cheque.

However, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would point out that in her representation dated 12.12.2018 made to the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner disclosed the fact that some persons filed O.S.No.316 of 2008 against her and secured an ex parte decree therein. Perusal of the cause title reflects that none of the parties who are litigating with the petitioner in the civil Court are impleaded as party respondents. It is not open to the petitioner to brush aside these significant facts and seek a direction to the revenue authorities to consider her representation for issuance of a pattadar pass book. In the light of these facts, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to file a proper case with full and complete details and impleading all the affected parties.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
