Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 14.03.2017 to 4th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and that the 4th respondent had not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will take action on petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to take action on petitioner's application dt.14.03.2017 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
