This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of bail in Crime No.340 of 2018 of Mulug Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(b) read with 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioner/accused was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 18.12.2018, passed in Crl.P.No.13206 of 2018. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail petition. 4.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
