Sri D.V.Reddy, learned counsel, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the pending W.P.No.12650 of 2016 already filed by him.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
