THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44149 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner had applied in Form VI-A prescribed under Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 on 22.11.2017 to third respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject property and contends that the third respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the third respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
