This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused in crime No.628 of 2017 of Chilkalguda police station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 471, 474, 420 read with 34 IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner-accused is arrested today in the above crime. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as in fructuous.
