THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 In Criminal Petition No.14097 of 2018 ORDER :

Both the defacto-complainant and the petitioner in SC.No.310 of 2018 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge at Markapur, Prakasam district, A.P. in Crime No.181 of 2015, dated 13.09.2015 of PS Giddalur, Prakasam district, A.P., registered for the offences punishable u/ sec.498 (A) & 306 IPC, along with their counsel are present. Both the parties stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the SC.No.310 of 2018 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge at Markapur, Prakasam district, A.P. in Crime No.181 of 2015, dated 13.09.2015 of PS Giddalur, Prakasam district, A.P., against the petitioner and he is acquitted. His bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
