2017-12-06S.V.Bhatt1 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.41011 of 2017 O R D E R:- In respect of the same dispute, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.8407 of 2017. Maybe that the person against whom, now the complaint is made, is not a party to the writ petition. That is not the reason to file the present writ petition complaining inaction on complaint dated 25.09.2017. The petitioner is given liberty to take further steps as are warranted in the facts and circumstances to work out all the reliefs comprehensively.

With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. If the party is impleaded, then the Tahsildar, who is already subjected to interim direction, can be brought under legal obligation to implement the order passed by this Court. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, stand closed. _______________ S.V. BHATT, J 06.12.2017 dv
