Petitioner had made an application on 10.10.2017 through A.P online for mutation of his name in revenue records and for issuance of title deed cum e-pass book and contends that the 4th respondent had not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3.
In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application and take appropriate action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.
