THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41584 of 2017 O R D E R:

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 28.02.2017 to the 3rd respondent under the A.P. Agricultural Land (conversion for non-agricultural purposes) Act, 2006 and that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon in spite of several reminders given subsequent thereto also. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 5 states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dt.28.02.2017 within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
