This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, for grant of bail in Crime No.439 of 2018 of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .
As seen from the material placed on record, there is no valid VISA to the petitioner/ accused for his stay in India. It is brought to the notice of this Court that charge-sheet is filed in this case. The petitioner/ accused is a native of Nigeria. If the petitioner/ accused is released on bail, there is possibility of his going back to his native country. Under these circumstances, there are no justifiable grounds to allow this application. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial of the case within a period of three (03) months from today.
