Petition filed under Sections 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No.3 on the bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 259 of 2017 of Neredcherla Police Station, Suryapeta District in the interest of justice.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. Chandra Mohan Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Addl. Public Prosecutor(TS) on behalf of Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :- "This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A3 for the offences alleged under Sections 417, 420, 376 (2) (n), 312 and 504 IPC and 3 (1) (r ) (s) and 3 (2) (v) of SCs & STs (POA) Amendment Act. 2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-A3, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.
As per the material placed on record, in the F.I.R., it is mentioned that A1, son of the petitioner-A3 developed love affair with the de facto complainant by name Meesala Priyanka, made her pregnant twice and got aborted by using pills. Thereafter, he refused to marry her stating that she belongs to Madiga caste and his parents did not agree for the marriage. Except allegation that the petitioner-A3 and her husband did not agree for the marriage between A1 and the de facto complainant, there is no other allegation in the F.I.R. In the course of recording of statements by the police, some allegations are made against the petitioner-A3 and others constituting the offences under Sections 3 (1) (r ) (s) and 3 (2) (v) of SCs & STs (POA) Amendment Act. 2015. Those are required to be established after due trial. 4.
Having regard to the nature of allegations and the material collected so far, petitioner-A3 can be granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 5.
In the result, the petitioner-A3 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Nereducherla Police Station, Suryapet District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said S.H.O. shall release the petitioner-A3 on bail, on her executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction. On release, the petitioner-A3 shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The petitioner-A3 shall attend before the S.H.O., concerned on every Sunday between 8.00 AM and 10.00 A.M. till filing of charge sheet.
