This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in adopting the method of calculation while paying difference of prices for cement, steel and fuel contrary to the terms of agreement conditions and G.O.Ms.No.94 (Transport, Roads & Building (R-I) Department, dated 16.04.2008, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court dated 15.09.2015 in WP No.29220 of 2015 and the said order is confirmed in W.A.Nos.1323 of 2016 & batch vide common order dated 08.12.2016.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 15.09.2015 in WP No.29220 of 2015, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of said order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this Writ Petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
