THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.48008 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the inaction on the part of the revenue authorities upon their legal notice dated 15.10.2018 whereby they sought rectification of the errors incorporated in their e-pattadar pass books and the e-title deeds. According to Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, the said e-documents contain errors as the entries are not in keeping with the entries in the sale deeds under which the petitioners claim title.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action as to the grievance of the petitioners and rectify the errors, if any, which have crept into the e-documents furnished to them. The Tahsildar shall ensure that entries are made in the e-pattadar pass books and the e-title deeds on the strength of the details mentioned in the sale deeds under which the petitioners claim title and issue the rectified/amended e-pattadar pass books and title deeds. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR Date:02.01.2019 PGS
