HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8674 OF 2003 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 9.7.2002 of the District Educational Officer, Nalgonda as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same and further direct the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment from 8.11.2001 as Attender in the 3rd respondent's School with all consequential benefits. 2.

The Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had worked with the 3rd respondent from 08.11.2001 to 13.06.2008 and the 3rd respondent has not paid the salaries to the petitioner and contends that appropriate orders be issued to the 3rd respondent to pay the salaries for the period the petitioner has worked.

Having considered the submissions made by the parties, this Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a representation to the 3rd respondent seeking payment of salaries for the period he worked from 08.11.2001 to 13.06.2008 within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the 3rd respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
