Sri N. Harinath, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case, with liberty to move an application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

Permission is accorded, and, accordingly the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for.
